Member Terms & Conditions

These Terms ensure every Fighter, founder, and creative inside F!ght Boxing Club trains with clarity, respect, and shared accountability. Review them carefully before your next round.

Membership Commitments

These Terms govern every membership, class credit, drop-in session, private coaching package, and concierge service provided by F!ght Boxing Club (“Club”, “we”, “us”). By accessing our facilities or digital services you agree to the commitments below.

All memberships auto-renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled in writing at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.
Founding, Signature, and Executive tiers require a three-month minimum commitment; cancellations prior to the commitment end date incur the balance of the term or a 35% early termination fee, whichever is lower.
Class packs and private coaching credits expire 180 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted in a promotional offer.
Guest access is reserved for individuals 18+ unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has executed a waiver on their behalf.

Assumption of Risk & Health Attestation

Combat sport training is inherently physical. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in activities that include striking, partner work, resistance training, and high-intensity conditioning.

You represent that you are in good physical condition and have received clearance from a licensed medical professional to participate in boxing, conditioning, and recovery services.
You agree to immediately inform your coach of any discomfort, dizziness, or injury and accept full responsibility for monitoring your own physical condition during training.
To maintain member safety, we may refuse participation or require medical clearance if staff believes a condition creates undue risk.

Facility Rules & Code of Conduct

To preserve an elite and respectful training environment, members agree to abide by the following standards at all times.

Arrive at least 10 minutes before class start to complete wrap prep and briefing; late arrivals may be denied entry once programming begins.
Clean gloves, wraps, and loaned gear with the provided sanitation systems immediately after use and return concierge items to the desk.
No filming or photography of other members without prior consent; content creation must be coordinated through the concierge desk.
F!ghting, sparring, or pad work outside of scheduled programming must be approved and supervised by a F!ght Boxing Club coach.

Billing, Holds, & Cancellations

We aim to keep billing transparent so you always know what to expect.

Monthly dues process on the anniversary date of activation via the payment method on file; declines must be resolved within 5 days to avoid a $25 reinstatement fee.
Membership holds are available in 30-day increments for medical or travel reasons up to 90 days per calendar year; written documentation may be requested.
Private coaching or small group sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice forfeit the session fee. Classes cancelled inside the 12-hour window may incur a $15 late cancel fee.
Retail purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days if unworn and in original condition. Supplements and wraps are final sale.

Liability Release & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release F!ght Boxing Club, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any liability for injury, property loss, or damages arising from participation in our programs.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club from any claims brought by third parties that result from your actions in our studios or during off-site programming.
You understand that certain recovery services may involve third-party providers; their additional waivers and policies will apply.
In the rare event of gross negligence or willful misconduct proven in a court of competent jurisdiction, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Digital Services & Intellectual Property

Our on-demand content, mobile application, and concierge communications are proprietary.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access member-only content; recording, sharing, or distributing programming without written consent is prohibited.
Account credentials are for individual use. We reserve the right to suspend access if sharing or unauthorized use is detected.
Logos, program names, training manuals, and visual assets are protected by trademark and copyright laws and may not be used without prior authorization.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to attempt good-faith resolution with our concierge team before initiating formal claims.
Any unresolved dispute arising out of or related to your membership shall be submitted to confidential binding arbitration in San Juan, Puerto Rico under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You waive the right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
