Semi-Private Mitt Boxing

Four athletes. One coach. Your combinations corrected in real time. Semi-private mitt work and aqua bag conditioning — coached at a 1:4 ratio that group class cannot match.

The group class gives you the F!GHT system in full — bags, OxeFit, conditioning. F!GHT Precision™ gives you something the group class structurally cannot: a coach whose attention is entirely on you for the duration.

Mitt work means a human is holding pads specifically calibrated to your combinations, your range, your timing. The feedback is immediate, physical, and specific to your mechanics — not general coaching delivered to eight people at once. The aqua bag conditioning block following mitt rounds reinforces what was just corrected, so the technique work doesn't disappear the moment the pads come down.

The session breaks you down. The Recovery Room puts you back together. Cold plunge and infrared sauna — two protocols, one room, designed to accelerate what training started.

❄Protocol 01 · Cold Plunge

38–50°F · 3–10 min

Immediate vascular response. Cold water immersion forces circulation to your core, then drives oxygenated blood back into muscle tissue on exit. The discomfort is brief. The recovery is measurable.

  • Reduces exercise-induced inflammation at the cellular level
  • Flushes metabolic waste from muscle fibers

◈Protocol 02 · Infrared Sauna

120–150°F · 15–30 min

Infrared heat penetrates tissue directly — not just skin surface. Your core temperature rises, blood flow increases to damaged muscle fibers, and your body begins the repair cycle faster than passive rest allows.

Heat before cold is the standard protocol for post-training recovery. The sauna opens circulation; the plunge drives the flush. Both can also be used independently depending on your session type and how your body responds.
