These instructions apply to accounts used with the Fight Box mobile app. You do not need to sign in to submit a deletion request.
Fight Box deletes or anonymizes authentication credentials and legally deletable profile, contact, preference, health, fitness, and booking data associated with the account.
Where required by law, tax obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety, or contractual obligations, Fight Box may retain payment and invoice records, signed waivers and contracts, and security or audit records.
Required records may be retained for up to seven years after account closure. They are then securely deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is legally required.
